RETURN POLICY


Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Orders ship out around 10 business days after the order is placed and artwork is approved with the appropriate shipping method you selected.

 

Once the order is in transit, regardless of the shipping method you selected, we cannot be held responsible and do not issue refunds for missed event dates due to carrier error.

 

Returns or refunds will not be granted for missing an event date if the appropriate amount of time for order processing and shipping was not given when placing the order as laid out here.We will make every effort to contact you if we notice there is not enough time to receive your order, but we are ultimately not responsible if enough time is not given when the order is placed.
